Changing from a warm air system to combi boiler and radiators involved a lot of complex decisions that were explained in a way I could understand. When we found Asbestos where I had chosen to locate the new boiler they helped me arrange to get it removed.
Once the asbestos was removed and the house was ready to go I already had a clear idea of the process and the change over from my old hot water system to my new boiler was seamless.
